Through education, healthcare, women empowerment, disability rehabilitation, environmental conservation, and sustainable rural development, SINAM has been creating meaningful social impact for decades.
Our vision remains steadfast: To establish a harmonious, nature-loving society free from poverty, illiteracy, ill health, and injustice. This guiding principle shapes every initiative we undertake, ensuring that our efforts align with the broader goal of inclusive and sustainable development.
SINAM’s mission is to uplift oppressed and marginalized communities through holistic socio-economic, educational, health, and environmental interventions. By addressing systemic barriers and fostering self-reliance, we strive to create lasting change at the grassroots level.

During the Ruby Jubilee year of SINAM NGO, I remember the hard days and struggles that we encountered in the process of people's development. Yet, we achieved many milestones and created meaningful progress in the inclusive development of excluded people and marginalized communities.
I and the Board members thankfully remember the great contributions of various people and institutions including Government Departments, funding organisations, individual donors, sponsors, and media groups.
With all your valuable contributions and support, we have joyfully completed our 40th year of service. The Ruby Year Inauguration was held at the SINAM NGO Office on 16-05-2025.
On this special occasion, we had the honour of welcoming distinguished guests and distributed shields and mementos to all existing staff members and the selected 21 staff members who completed at least 5 years of dedicated service.
